A grand residence occupying two waterfront blocks in Clareville on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Set over 3 levels, this architecturally designed home consists of 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an enormous home gym, full-size butlers kitchen and a wet-edge swimming pool offering 180° views across Pittwater. Of particular highlight is the master ensuite offering captivating views from the solid stone bath.
A restrained palette of materials, textures, and colours were used to create a warm, inviting and contemporary interior that complements the water views.
The architecture has not only successfully addressed the issue of exposure to the harsh western sun in summer and the chilly southerlies in winter, it has created a seamless transition from indoor to outdoors throughout the house, adding to the spectacular sense of being ‘in’ the landscape.
