Designed in 1905 this residence underwent a complete restoration to return it to its former glory, as the property has a local heritage listing our work required meticulous attention to detail.
The transformation of the basement, which was previously uninhabitable, has resulted in a remarkable addition to the home. Ornate plaster ceilings and intricate timber mouldings throughout the home were sourced and replaced with great delicacy. The original sandstone walls were reshaped and pointed up to restore their elegance and beauty.
For the new visitor, it appears as though the home has always been this way.
